You are asked to submit a list of the names of the young people you are shepherding in the church life, as well as pictures of your activities.

You are asked to submit at least one picture of you PRAYING TOGETHER with your vital companions. Photo should include al least one young saint, one middle-aged saint and one elderly saint.
